NJ Legislature Considering Mandatory Employee Meal and Break Periods
-would require employers to provide unpaid meal period of 30 minutes if employee works 6 hours or more
-would require paid 15 minute break if employee works 4 hours or more
-NJ only requires unpaid 30 minute meal period to minors who work 5 hours or more
